Ius Laboris, the world’s largest and highest quality alliance of HR law firms, has announced it is contributing the HR law training aspects of the first ever certified Global Reward Management programme in Europe. The Vlerick Business School, Grenoble Ecole de Management and ESCP Europe, three renowned European business schools with a specific expertise in the field of reward management, are running the programme.    

In the midst of public economic and general economic crisis in Greece, this results in the shrinkage of welfare structures, as well as in the significant increase of citizens, who are unable to get insurance from public health insurance organizations, and thus do not have access to the essential pharmaceutical care.

Law 4174/2013 instituted Code of Tax Procedure, which includes specific provisions regarding the administrative procedures of defining, imposing and collecting tax revenue, as well as regarding the administrative penalties imposed, due to the tax payer’s non-compliance with the legislation into force, concerning that revenue.

By the above mentioned decision, the Supreme Administrative Court of our country overruled the request of Attica’s Pharmaceutical Association for the cancellation of the Attica’s Prefect decision, which announced the list of the Association’s members who filed a statement in order to participate in the extended opening hours of pharmacies during the second semester of 2012 (Article 15 of Law 4052/2012).

Following No 15/2013 Guidance Circular of the General Secretariat of Population and Social Cohesion of the Ministry of Interior, it was issued a new No. 18/12-9-2013 Circular on the implementation of the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 6 of n . 4146/2013 (Article 36A’ of Law 3386/2005).
