Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Trainee Lawyer at KREMALIS Law Firm in Athens. The Trainee Lawyer will be expected to participate in the day-to-day activities of the firm, including document preparation, strategy development, and case management. Additionally, the Trainee Lawyer will be expected to conduct legal research and analysis, attend client meetings, and be an active participant in the firm's team-oriented approach to practicing law.

Qualifications

-Law degree
-Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Drafting of legal documents
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
-Fluency in English; fluency in German is a plus
-Experience in employment law, either through coursework or internships, is a plus
-Post graduate degree (LLM or equivalent) in Employment/Public Law
