Among the obligations undertaken jointly by the above experts to carry out this year (responses to ad hoc requests and questionnaires for Greece) was the drawing up of a special report on behalf of all EU Member States on the existing legislative regime and the administrative practice governing the question of the repayment of amounts unduly paid due to the decease of the beneficiary and of an inappropriate alert by his heirs.

This report was forwarded to the European Commission and presented, in its overall findings, both at the Fressco Annual Conference on 01.12.2016 and at the European Commission meeting held on 14.12.2016 at a Brussels hotel.
